My wife is starting a new business venture from home and is used to
many features in Outlook from her old company. I've learned that
some feature are not available because our home computer is not set
up using Microsoft Exchange Server, but an Internet mail service. Is
there any way around this?? Can I set up a single home computer to
utilize MS Exchange Server?

In addition to the other replies - perhaps she should look into a hosted
Exchange account. Plenty of companies offer them nowadays; I have a friend
who loves www.mailstreet.com. Then she gets full Exchange with no in-house
admin requirements - she can use OOF, OWA, wireless activesync to a
handheld, whatnot, as well as accessing her mailbox over the internet
securely using RPC over HTTP(s).
