Default Duplicate email allowed

Thanks, but what I have found is that if I accidently move an email from one
..pst to another, or if I am importing from a BU, then there doesn't seem to
be any checks to warn that there is already an email in the destination .PST
file.

Thanks

No
Duplicates often caused by AV plugins

Is there a check or process inside of Outlook 2003 that will check to
make
sure that there is not a duplicate of the email that is being moved into
a
folder.

I have found by accident that several folders have duplicates, of course,
using up memory unnessecarily. Why would Microsoft allow such a waste to
begin with surprises me..

No I have to use another plug-in to find and delete duplicates.

Thanks
