Default How to put a timer onto a new journal form

You'd need a third party ActiveX control that implements a timer. There's
one if you have Visual Studio 6 installed. Otherwise you'd need to find one
somewhere on the Web.

is
on the default page to my new page. I don't find it anywhere. How do I do
that?
