When opening OE after first starting up the computer, it trips the dial-up
connection and everything works fine. After exiting OE and disconnecting
from the internet, when I return to OE it shows that it is still working
online and will not trip the dial-up connection. If I click send/receive to
try to trip it, the program hangs up and will not close properly. This was
an occasional annoyance at first, but it is happening every day now. Anyone
have ideas on things I could check for a fix on this? Could it have anything
to do with a recent upgrade to IE7?
