Another idea, if you only need the information over a web site, could be a
"Web PST" (web access to an Outlook without Exchange):

contacts, saved this as a windows address book file and emailed it round.

Have I used the wrong tool, and is there any other way of emailing a
contacts list (not just email addresses but other details too) so they're
easily usable by not very technical people (I don't really want them to

to import csv files if we can avoid it).
