There are various ways of doing this depending on exactly what u wish to
import. If it is just your OE account, then the quickest way is to:
1. Open OE on your old PC
2. Click Tools from the menu bar & select Accounts. This will open the
Internet Account dialog box.
3. On this dialog box, click the Mail, which will list your mail
account(s).
4. Select the account(s) u wish to export & then click the Export button.
This will prompt you to save settings into an .iaf file.
5. Once u have saved, copy this file to your old PC, repeat steps 1 to 3.
6. Within Internet Account dialog box, click the Import button, browse to
your .iaf file & click open.

If you wish to import your messages & address book, then your best option is
to use File & Settings Transfer Wizard on your old computer, by clicking
Start » All Programs » Accessories » System Tools » File & Settings Transfer
Wizard:
1. On the Welcome screen click "next"
2. On the which computer select "Old computer"
3. The wizard prepares for the next step, before the "Select a transfer
method" dialog box opens, where u must select "Other."
4. Select the folder or drive u wish to export to. Save the file
5. Copy the folder to your new PC.
6. Start the File & Settings Transfer Wizard.
7. Repeat steps 1 & 2, only on step 2 make sure to select "New computer."
8. The wizard prepares for the next step, before the "Do u have a Windows XP
CD?" screen appears. Here select the last option, "I don't need the Wizard
Disk...." Click Next.
9.On the "Where are the files & settings" dialog box, select the last option
"Other..." Click the "Browse" button & browse to where you copied your
Folder/File. Click Next.
10. Once complete click Finish & click Yes on the "Log Off" Now dialog box.
11. Logon back on & your OE should be jus like on your old PC.

I recently built a new PC (with XP Pro) and I'm in the process of moving
important documents and such from my old PC to this new PC.

I'm having trouble importing an existing OE Account from my old PC to this
PC, and I have no clue as to how to go about it. I tried creating a new
account using the same email address but it didn't work (duh) and now I'm
completely stuck.

So, does anyone know how to import an existing OE account to a new
computer?

Btw, old computer has MS Office 2003 and I'm using the outlook program in
that. Will that change anything?
