Does anyone have experience with an HP 550?

Have had the HP Officejet Pro 550 for about a month replacing an Epson
C86.

Printing a document from anywhere except from Outlook Express e-mail is
fine the font size set to 16.X,and the size can be changed up or down, no
problem.

However when I print an email, from OE the darn thing prints at about
26X..and this applies only to trying to print an email from OE.

I didnt have this problem with the Epson

Called HP Tech Sve and was advised (in Swahilli) that the problem lies with
OE. but in OE Tools Options the only font change is in Compose.

The only way I can print an email from OE is to copy and paste into Notepad,
set size and print and if I need the msg header I need to go back to the OE
msg and coppy that and paste it into themsg in Notepad

I have been on the manual and all other avenues of trial but this beats
me..and I would sure appreciaate any suggestions as to how to correct this .

Printed text size in OE is dictated by the setting in Internet
Explorerviewtext size, set it smaller.
