Default How can I share contact details with people not on the same ne

Thanks Brian

It was a while ago, but I think I just opened Windows Address Book via
Accessories and created a new folder, asuming that Windows Address Book was
the same as Outlook Address Book. I'm not sure why WAB exists at all, if it's
no use in Outlook, other than to confuse.

We have a small networking group (30 people) and would like to share
each others' contact details, but we're not on the same server or
system. So I saved everyone's details in Windows Address Book as a
separate set of contacts, saved this as a windows address book file
and emailed it round. No-one seems to be able to open it properly,
and I can't use any of the email addresses to send emails either.

You can't import a WIndows Address Book file with Outlook. In fact, there's
no way to export to a WAB with any current version of Outlook. Explain how
you created the WAB file.
