Why can't I use my Contact List to send e-mails?
Hi Brian -- I have the same issue that Shelly mentioned. I followed the
steps you presented below, but it didn't work. Is there another step here
(maybe it will work for Shelly, but did not work for me). Thanks

Use either the Contacts view that you describe, or the Folder List view.
Right-click the Contacts folder, choose Properties, select the Outlook
Address Book tab and check the box marked "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book".
