When printing from outlook, 2003 a user cannot seem to print the "from, sent,
cc and subject" fields. Everything else in the message prints correctly. I
have seen numerous posts relating to similar problems on the web and have
tried some of the suggestions without success.

I am sure its something that needs to be ticked or unticked, but cannot
figure it out.
