Turn off email scanning by McAfee and also any antispam ware. That is

Hi All,

The other day I noticed that the VIEWS BAR started showing up in my
Outlook Express.When I right click my menu bar, it takes twice to uncheck
it and then it goes away. When I shutdown my email and go back in, it is
there again. I have ran my antivirus (McAfee) as well as Spyware (Webroot,
Spybot, spywareinfo.com, etc.) and all comes up clean.

Has anyone encountered this and if so is there something I am doing wrong
that I can't get rid of this? All my e-mail accounts under Outlook Express
show the Views Bar and I have to do still click twice to uncheck, but
still it comes back after.
