Default Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar not appearing in Outlook 2007
I just upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007. The Ribbon appears in Word
but not Outlook. The Help says to control this through the Quick Access
Toolbar which is also not there or listed in the View/Customize Toolbars.
