I tried the first method...too complicated. In selecting the second method,
I was able to archive the 2006 Calendar meetings/trips I created, however I
noticed meetings I attended that were "created" by other individuals were not
archived. Is this correct?

Yes. Please read the whole answer before you select a method...
One way is to select all of those items and drag them to a Calendar in the
Archive.pst folder.
Do you have Archive.pst yet?
If so, then show the source Calendar in By Category View (it gives you a
table that you can sort by date)
Sort the columns by Start field.
It may be best to leave recurring meetings in the old calendar, so use the
group by box to group by the field Recurrence.
Now select the slab of meetings you want to move (shift click) and drag them
to the destination Calendar in the Archive.pst folder.
IF your needs are actually to take EVERYTHING older than 1/Jan/07 to the
archive, the process is much easier - you can Autoarchive. File | Archive |
select the Calendar | set the date | set the destination folder.
I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Knowledge is of two kinds. We know a subject ourselves, or we know where we
can find information on it.

The calendar year 2006 has all appointments and trips recorded for that
year.
I Would like to archive this information. Can this be done?
