After furious head scratching, Andrea asked:

| Here's the problem. We've had two people leave the company. I went
| to the server and deleted them as users. However, they still show up
| in the drop-down list of names in our global address list. My boss
| is bugging me to get rid of them because he doesn't like to see their
| names. How do I do this? I've searched high and low in help and in
| the discussion groups, but I can't find the answer.
