Tried as you suggested but could not find dll. so i uninstalled office 2007
enterprise and then reinstalled it again and prblem solved!

Start - Run - regsvr32 ole32.dll
Or
Start - Run - regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll

Click Ok.
Restart Outlook and check if you still face the same error.
