Actually, Section 1 is the most important. Is the profile you want to modify the default or do you want it to become the default? Are you trying to modify a profile with a particular name?

In any event, you can generate a new .prf file through CIW and CMW, choose the "modify" options, export the .prf and see what it looks like.
