Default How do I produce Outlook 2003 form that will PRINT formatting?

Aside from issues of having the custom form published at the receiving end, you
need to force Outlook to send using the TNEF wrapper. This is done by opening
the contact item for the recipient, then select the email address you are going
to use, right-click the email field, and choose properties from the drop-down
list. Now, on the properties panel, you want to set the format parameter to
always use rtf. How you do that depends on which version of Outlook you are
using. I am sure you will find the appropriate thing to do.
