Default who owns these calendar items

Brian's method works well - I use it in my own Calendar to so I can see when
my Assistant has made an appointment (she has Owner permission to my
Calendar).

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

How can I find out who entered what item in the public calendar?

Add the "From" field using the Field Chooser while viewing in a table
