Actually I already have it electronically... so how would I go about it in
that case? What I'm trying to avoid of course is having to copy and paste
572 names and addresses into Outlook individually, hence my trying to find
some sort of import mechanism...

If you have some Optical Character Recognition software available to you
to can scan the paper and convert the characters into data the PC can
recognize as text, it's conceivable.
