I don't think it has that option. Its an all or nothing backup I think.

You can do that and then just manually backup the mail folders by copying
them.

I am using the above programme to back up in particular my emails and
address book, however when I did my back up I noticed it saved a load of
stuff from newsgroups I had visited and even ones that are not on my
current list of newsgroups.
How do I set it to back up only email and address book, I think it may do
address book automatically anyway.
I cant seem to work this out.
