Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Jimmybob asked:

| I installed outlook and was trying to set up my email. I hit cancel a
| few times, because i didnt have the right infor to set it up. Now I
| try to run outlook and it tells me it "Cannot open your default
| e-mail folders. Your profile is not conifgured". It then closes the
| window and I cannot get into outlook. I have re-installed the entire
| office package again and stil the same error. I have seen solutions
