No no other new rules, and that's the problem, the rule doesn't process the
mail. The incoming mail stays in the Inbox

Any other ideas?

Have you created recently one or more new rules that might overlap with
this rule? It could be that an other rule still have processed the mail,
so the other rule won't process anymore.
