Default Uninstall exchange client and use standard outlook

I had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall all my applications. I
inadvertantly let the Outlook client install. It cannot find the exchange
since exchange is not fully set up. (One man shop with a server and two
pcs---no real need for exchange yet). My emails are in an Outlook.pst
file.
I can either attempt to install Exchange correctly; or resume using the
ISP.
If I go the ISP route, how do I uninstall the client so that it does not
look
for Exchange and allows me to connect to the email accounts on my ISPs?
