Default Rules and Alerts

I guess i have to reboot and start again. I use Exchange as my server and
all data is held there. I know where to find the Offline Data File, but
other than that I don't have a PST

OneInTen, you wrote on Tue, 30 Jan 2007 15:50:52 -0500:

I run the outlook with the /cleanclientrules and the rules are still in
place. If I delete them manually I have the feeling that when I recreate
the rule it will still not work.

Normally this cannot be! Still try it with the parameter /cleanrules,
that deletes all server- and client-based rules.

Where can I find the pst file you mentioned where the rules are stored?

The pst-file is Outlook's data file in that mails, contacts,
appointments etc. are stored. For more information about Outlook's
pst-file read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.pst

To figure out where your pst-file is stored go to

Control Panel | Mail | Data Files
