Use Control Panel's Folder Options applet to make sure your definition of the URL:MailTo file
type has the correct value for running Outlook.

Thanks, Brian. I got it fixed. Also, I'm using Vista and "File Types"
is no longer part of Folder Options. You do that now through Default Programs.
