Thanks for the reply. When I tried that I receive a message "A field with
this name already exists in the "User-defined fields in folder" field set.
Enter a different name.
Is there something else I can try?

It might be a security issue related to a recent service pack. Just go ahead and click New on the Field Chooser and add the fields manually, making sure the names and data types match those in your form.

I have a client that uses a custom form on a Public folder. The server is
SBS2000 and the clients run Outlook 2003. The form is called Clients1 and it
has several user defined fields, one of which is called CaseType. If you
want to customize your current view and click on Filters, the Advanced tab,
and then click on the Field drop down box, it lists different fields. At the
bottom is my custom form. It used to show the custom field that I could
choose to filter, but now it does not display them.
