I would be really grateful for any help here.

After being prompted to compact my outlook I did, it’s the worst thing
I have ever done….
All of my emails have gone. My .dbx files appear to be empty however I
seem to have a .bak file for every empty .dbx file. Thing is what do I
do……is there a way I can restore this situation?
