The best you can do is to use one of the Calendar Word templates to
create a calendar you can either email, print, or copy to another
computer - directions and options he

If the person you want to share it with is running Outlook, wouldn't it be
better to export out the data to a PST and share that PST with other users?
I've been trying to research group online calendars, looking for one that
works with Outlook invites. Hotmail's calendar will work with invites, and,
supposedly, you can share it out to any users with a passport account. So,
on your Outlook calendar, assuming it has internet connectivity, invite a
hotmail account and then share out that calendar to your friends. Of
course, if they don't have internet access, you're still out of luck. And,
if they don't have Outlook, than Milly's suggestion is the best.
