Default OE under XP - admin user versus restricted user

Does the regular user have an account set up in Outlook Express under its
menu, Tools/Accounts - Mail for that user?

Hi everyone.

Just set up a new HP computer with XP. Set up two user accounts; one
admin and the other a regular user account(I'll call it bambi).

Activated outlook express in both user accounts. Admin OE works fine BUT
bambi user OE will not allow a new email, access to the address book or
opening of email. Pop up states "corrupted, reinstall OE".

To experiment I copied the admin express shortcut and placed it in a
"bambi" folder. Went back to bambi user and activated that shortcut and
same problem arose.

Is this an OE problem or is XP somehow restricting OE from initiating on
the restricted bambi user account.

Anyone got any idea what's happening?

Any assistance, greatly appreciated.
