Exporting is the last resort for sharing data. Lost data is the most common
problem found with exporting.

| I've been trying to research group online calendars, looking for one
| that works with Outlook invites. Hotmail's calendar will work with
| invites, and, supposedly, you can share it out to any users with a
| passport account. So, on your Outlook calendar, assuming it has
| internet connectivity, invite a hotmail account and then share out
| that calendar to your friends. Of course, if they don't have
| internet access, you're still out of luck. And, if they don't have
| Outlook, than Milly's suggestion is the best.
