No I didn't choose custom download, just install. But you know what?! I was
able to get it to work finally!!! I went back into add/remove programs like
you had first suggested, then went into change/remove for 07 standard. It
listed all the programs and I saw Outlook 07 had an x on it and its
components. So I clicked it, then clicked download all items (or somthing
like that) and it was activated!

Thank you for being so helpful and patient. Yay!

Did you run a custom install of them?

I tried downloading Small Business and it didn't download. Then I tried
Professional, no go. I took them all off thinking I could do it all over
again and then the message that pops up is that the business trial is
expired. Maybe i tried downloading it too many times? So I ended up
downloading Standard 07 and just figured I'd upgrade when Small Business
becomes available to me.

When I downloaded small business and professional, there weren't options of
programs to be picked, just the different suites. I followed the directions.
And when I was prompted to click Outlook 07 and Accounting, it would accept
Accounting, but not Outlook. I removed Outlook 03 from the add/remove
programs but no luck.

Thanks for all your help. I've messed up pretty badly, I think.

Is it offered as a choice of program when you install?
If not, what package did you download?
