After furious head scratching, John asked:

| I cannot click on a time to create an appointment or click on the
| add appointments from the toolbar. When I try to click on any of
| these items nothing happens. I was able to do this using Outlook
| 2003, SP2; Office Professional Edition 2003. What do I need do to to
