I do not have a pst file, I have an exchange server profile, so I have
an Exchange Server calendar.
Weeks ago, I have the date-picker in the top-left frame of the
"Calendar" view.
Now I have only the two options, and if I want to have the date picker,
I have to go on "Outlook today", and then choose "Calendar".
Is there a way to fix this?
