Outlook Banter - View Single Post - Filled contacts, but empty Address Book in Outlook 2007

In Account Settings - Address Books I have an Outlook Address Book
(Type MAPI)

Remove the Outlook Address Book service, stop and restart Outlook, ad the
service back in, then stop and restart Outlook.
