Thanks for the advice.
Neither ACT nor Intuit knew when their products would be Vista compatible.
They, of course, blamed Microsoft.

Perhaps / Hopefully, uninstalling ACT & QB will allow Office 2007 to
function normally.

Today, I noticed that Microsoft specifically instructs users to NOT use
Windows Install cleanup with Office 2007. I am glad Office 2007 did not
appear in the Windows Installer Cleanup list.
