Default Outlook Express Email

In addition to an automatic blocking, she may also have a spam blocking link
that she can access to see what was blocked. See if she does and can access
that and can see the messages there. Since the messages came from the same
source, I can't see how forwarding would be any different than just sending.

I am starting to have a problem with sending my sister in Michigan Emails.
I
did contact her ISP and they said that I would be on the Whitelist. That
meant that I would be able to send her messages. It didn't work. I then
forwarded my sister all the Emails that I had sent to her that didn't make
it
to her Inbox and she received them when I forwarded them but not when I
sent
them. I can't understand what the problem would be. Is it with Outlook
Express or her ISP in Michigan. She has provide.net. I would certainly
appreciate youe help.
Thanks
