I just rolled back from IE7 to IE6 so that I could reinstall Outlook Express.
I've rebooted and rebooted but I still get this error:

restart you
.. computer to complete that installation before running Internet Explorer
Setup.
.. Setup will now close.

I've read as much documentation and commentary as exists via Microsoft and
Google searches and can find no answer to this issue.

Does anyone have any helpful advice?
