Problems with Outlook Calendar & Exchange

If you look at the full Folder List view, and right-click on your
calendar, do you see the option to add it to "My Calendars" ?
No, in my full Folder List view I don't see any calendar. However, if
I try to create a new Calendar called "Calendar", Outlook says that
there's already a calendar called "Calendar".
A notice: In the full Folder list view I can see the other things
synced with Exchange Server, like Contacts and Activities.
Hmmm - so you don't have a calendar at all? What about in OWA? When did this
problem begin?
