If the PST is on your hard drive, make sure that the read-only attribute is
disabled, then start Outlook, click FileOpenOutlook Data File, browse to
the PST, select it, and click OK. You should then have access to all the
data it contains. If the DL is not in its Contacts folder, then the
original export ruined it and it's unrecoverable without access to the
original PST containing it.
