Default How to set Outlook calendar appointment reminder to default 1 hr?

An appointment or an event? If you double-click a day to create an entry,
that will create an all-day event by default. All-day events always have 18
hour reminders and you can't change that.

If you click FileNewAppointment, what default do you see then?
