do you have the account set to do a S/R? (Ctrl+Alt+S to open the dialog)
Are the messages in your inbox if you open the folder?

Have a friend email me.
I get the notification from Messenger I got new email.
I then open Outlok 2007.
It then does Send/Receive at open with my MSN account.
No new messages result.
Manually click Send/Recieve and I then do get my email message MSN already
notified me about.

Any help is appreciated.
