Default Outlook 2007 never stops

Actual shutdown after the UI disappears is slower than with Outlook 2003. It
improves if you disable any addins you aren't using, especially the .NET
based ones from MS. Those are much slower to initialize and shutdown than
pure COM based addins.

Just wondering - anyone with Outlook 2007 ever exit the program and then
within a few seconds try to start it again? It never appears to exit so
you cant restart it from here.
