After furious head scratching, Rob asked:

| I am using outlook 2003 calendar to keep track of apts and meetings.
| When i go into a new month my previous month apts disappears. Is that
| supposed to happen or is something wrong. I wanted to go back to last
| month and see when i meet with a client but there was no information.
