Hello

On regular email messages selecting messages and marking them as "read"
works but not on IMAP mail boxes. And that is why I was asking for a
solution.

I guess there isn't as someone responded saying Outlook Expres does not
intereact with IMAP accounts.

Perhaps I am being obtuse but if I open the Inbox in Outlook Express and
give CTRL-SHFT-A, the messages are marked as read. A similar action works
for news groups.
