Default Email Attachments

I'm not sure what you mean by /dropped/, but if you are using Outlook's RTF
format, Outlook Express can not understand it. Use Plain Text in conjunction
with the attachment.

I am using Microsoft Outlook. If I send an email with an attachment or a
picture imbedded in the email to someone using Outlook Express the
attachment
is dropped. What needs to be set, and where, to have the attachments
delivered
