I routinely use 3 or 4 computers against the same inbox... my only problem
is with junk mail - you can't disable it on one machine and have it on
another so you'll get duplicates in the junk email folder and if you mark a
message as not junk, the other machine might still mark it as junk. Not
using cached mode on both computers will help in this area.
I only use server side rules so I don't have problems with rules duplicating
messages, but client side rules could cause problems - mostly just
duplicates.
Also - make sure both machine are using the exchange mailbox, not a pst. A
pst will remove all mail from the server.

Hi,
I have a requirement for 2 PCs logged on with the same person/username to
access the same Exchange 2003 mailbox simultaneously using Outlook 2003.
Would this be possible and would it cause any undesired effects?
Cheers,
Timjibs
