Anyhow. I had problems sending an email with 5 - 10K email addresses

It has issues too. It won't send an email with more than a few
hundred email contacts. I need to be able to send our subscribers a
customer update every once in-awhile.

You'd be better off using a tool meant for sending large amounts of mail.
