if the office manager "was" set as a delegate, and that account no longer
exists, you can run Outlook with the /cleanrules switch against that
resource mailbox...that should take care of it...

Hi there,
There is a meeting room which is configured to book directly when a user
books it as Resources.
It is also configured that the office manager will get the invitation
email automatically no matter she is invited or not.

Now, the Office Manager has left the company, and I want to stop
delivering invitations to her mailbox. But I can't find where I could
stop it (my
previous Exchange 2003 Admin left the company too).

BTW, there is no delegate, there is no forwarding under Delivery Options.
The user account for the office manager is still alive.
And there is not any rules for the meeting room account.

Any idea would be greatly appreciated,
Ross
