Pete,

The best way I know of is to create individual calendar items and save
them
all as .VCS files. Then open the files with Notepad and copy and paste
them
all into one notepad, being sure to have BEGIN:VCALENDAR only once and at
the
very top and have END:VCALENDAR only once and at the very end.

Everything that I read says that you can only save one event to
distribute.
I recieve my work schedule in vcal format and it lists my monthly
schedule
and I would like to be able to do this for an organization that I work
for.
Is there a tool in outlook that allows this or a separate program that is
needed to generate vcalendar files?.......Pete
