Outlook Banter - View Single Post - How do I put Outlook information on IPOD?

I am trying to take the information from Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 such
as Calendar, Tasks, Notes, etc., and put on my IPOD. I was able to click and
drag a note to my IPOD but it appears to be a starnge code once I check it on
the IPOD. I will be checking with the Apple Store in town but thought I
would put my issue in this forum.
